Taking over from a previous agency, we discovered Shampoobars' advertising efforts were faltering, leading to a dip in sales. This downturn was attributed to several factors: the disruptive effects of the iOS 14 update, insufficient tracking capabilities, and a misalignment with current content trends and product combinations.

Our response involved revamping their tracking system for better data accuracy and implementing new strategies like a quiz funnel and subscription model. We also launched targeted TikTok campaigns to broaden audience reach. These initiatives transformed Shampoobars' digital presence, turning a slump into profitable growth with over €10,000 monthly ad spend on Meta and more on other channels, resulting in a substantial increase in sales.

Stoked Boardshop is the biggest website in the Benelux region for snow and skate products. They offer a wide variety of Stoked clothing from their own brand as well as from other brands. Besides clothing, they also sell skate and snow hardware. They came in contact with us through one of our cold emails that piqued their interest, as their current advertising results were not profitable at the time. Stoked was already running campaigns on Meta and Google, spending a couple of thousand a month, but with low profits. The Meta campaigns were barely breaking even.

We implemented an advertising strategy centered around their ideal customer. We launched highly compelling video ads at the top of the funnel (TOF) on both Instagram and TikTok to attract new customers. We focused on the right targeting, the right products, combo deals, and increasing the overall average order value. We managed to increase sales by 88% (compared to the previous year) over the last 90 days of our partnership while also improving the Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) on the campaigns.
